Rob Blake to Red Wings – Rumor

Los Angeles defenseman Rob Blake , who trains with Chelios in the offseason in Southern California, will be one of the bigger names available at the Feb. 26 trade deadline.

Speaking in Los Angles the other day, Chelios said, “If he (Blake) was thinking about going to another team I’m sure he’d want to go to a winner, and depending on what you’d have to give up, he’d be more than welcome (with the Wings).”

I would be interesting in knowing who the Wings would have to give up for Blake. If Hudler is one of the name I hope the Wings don’t do it.

    i would love to see blake playing beside cheli, but what would the cost be?
