Ponikarovsky could play tonight

via The Star:

Winger Alexei Ponikarovsky, who has recovered from a separated shoulder, is likely going to return to the lineup Wednesday when the Maple Leafs play the Sabres in Buffalo.

Chad Kilger, who missed five games for personal reasons, will also be available to play, but more likely will need a couple of days of practice to get his pace up.

“Both will be available to play tomorrow, as long as they come to the rink tomorrow feeling good, then we’ll make a decision,” said Leafs coach Paul Maurice Tuesday, who sounded more optimistic about Ponikarovsky than Kilger.
